- Present financing, leasing, vehicle protection products, and aftermarket products to customers.
- Structure deals and secure financing through a network of lenders.
- Maintain strong relationships with banks, financial institutions, and product providers.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, manufacturer, and dealership regulations.
- Work closely with sales management to facilitate a smooth and efficient delivery process.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience while maximizing profitability and product penetration.
- Accurately prepare and complete all finance documentation and required paperwork.
- Stay current on lender programs, compliance requirements, and automotive finance best practices.
QualificationsRequired- Minimum of 3 years automotive dealership experience.
- At least 2 years of Automotive F&I Manager experience.
- Strong knowledge of automotive finance, leasing, insurance products, and aftermarket protection products.
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding production and profitability goals.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and customer service skills.
- Strong understanding of automotive compliance and regulatory requirements.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented dealership environment.
- Must reside within a 45-minute commute of Reading, Massachusetts.
Preferred- Experience with CDK Drive.
- Honda dealership experience or familiarity with Honda products and services.
