Bob Boyte Honda - Moss Point is seeking an experienced and motivated Automotive F&I Manager to join our team in Moss Point, MS. This role is integral to ensuring a smooth and compliant finance and insurance process for our customers while maximizing profitability and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities- Manage the finance and insurance department to meet dealership objectives and customer satisfaction.
- Present finance and insurance products to customers effectively and professionally.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with lenders and insurance providers.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and dealership regulations related to finance and insurance.
- Train and mentor finance and insurance staff.
- Analyze financial statements and credit reports to determine the best financing options.
- Collaborate with sales and service departments to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare reports for management.
Requirements- Proven experience as an F&I Manager or similar role in the automotive industry.
- Strong knowledge of finance, insurance products, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment and meet sales goals.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
- Valid driver's license and local eligibility to work.
