Role: Automation Testing Engineer Location: Seattle, WA (Hybrid) FTE with benefits - Direct hiring (No visa hiring please, No C2C/C2H) Required Skills & Experience: A true hands-on automation leader (not just manager) Strong in framework design, architecture, and execution Comfortable working across UI, API, content, and data layers Passionate about AI-driven testing and continuous improvement Data-driven mindset with focus on quality metrics and governance Strong hands-on experience with: Playwright and Cypress (UI & API automation) JavaScript/TypeScript-based automation frameworks
Proven experience in: Building automation frameworks from scratch End-to-end test strategy definition
Experience with test data validation and content testing approaches Hands-on experience with: Git (version control) CI/CD integration
Strong understanding of modern QA practices, Agile, and DevOps

Adobe Experience Manager Sites, Assets, Forms fundamentals Author vs Publish behavior Components, templates, workflows, MSM, DAM

Capgemini discloses salary range information in compliance with state and local pay transparency obligations. At Capgemini, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. The base salary range for the tagged location is 120K to 135K per annum. This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission. Full time regular employees are eligible for paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees.
