About the Role
As an Automation Test Analyst, you will support test automation initiatives by creating highly detailed, click-level manual test scripts that enable automation engineers to build robust automated solutions. You will play a critical role in ensuring that test cases are precise, structured, and ready for automation, improving overall delivery quality and speed.
In this Role, You Will
• Convert high-level test scenarios into detailed, step-by-step, click-level test instructions.
• Review operational procedures and existing test documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Document detailed user actions, inputs, and expected outcomes for automation readiness.
• Collaborate closely with automation engineers, QA teams, and business stakeholders.
• Ensure test scripts are clear, structured, and suitable for conversion into automated scripts.
• Support continuous improvement of test documentation and automation readiness standards.
Work Model
This role is based in Teaneck, NJ with a remote work setup. Candidates are expected to support team collaboration while primarily working remotely.
What You Must Have to Be Considered
• 2-6 years of experience in QA, manual testing, or BA/QA hybrid roles.
• Strong experience converting scenarios into detailed test scripts and documentation.
• Ability to produce highly structured, precise, and repeatable test cases.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking skills.
• Experience collaborating with automation or QA engineering teams.

• Understanding of mortgage systems and lending workflows.
• Familiarity with test automation tools and concepts (read/interpret level).
• Experience in regulated environments with strong documentation standards.
• Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
Compensation
Base salary range : $86,500 - $101,500 annually, depending on experience, skills, and location.
