We operate extensive conveyor systems, an Automated Storage and Retrieval System (ASRS), industrial vehicle fleets, and an expanding ecosystem of warehouse robotics.
Beyond automation, we maintain the essential infrastructure that powers the entire site - including electrical distribution, HVAC, fire protection, building utilities, and data center infrastructure. The scope here is broad by design, and for the right person, that breadth is the opportunity.
We're seeking a credible Automation Maintenance Supervisor who is comfortable walking the floor to troubleshoot alongside technicians while simultaneously planning staffing and project execution. You will be the bridge between strategic reliability goals and hands-on execution, driving a culture of high-quality work, safety, and continuous improvement.
In this role, you'll:
- Lead day-to-day maintenance operations, including hiring, training, and developing a team of maintenance experts responsible for the reliability of our automation and infrastructure
- Execute and advance our maintenance strategy, supporting a proactive culture driven by preventive, predictive, and condition-based maintenance programs
- Facilitate efforts related to uptime and reliability across conveyor systems, ASRS, robotics, backup power, fire protection, HVAC, and building utilities
- Lead formal root cause analysis investigations for chronic equipment failures or major downtime events, and implement permanent corrective actions to improve mean time between failures through data-driven processes
- Partner with maintenance experts, operations, and engineering teams on facility upgrades, capital projects, and the commissioning of new automation technology
- Champion a safety-first environment, ensuring compliance with OSHA standards, including LOTO / 147, and internal safety policies across all activities
Who you are- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, mechatronics, or equivalent
- 5+ years of professional experience in maintenance and engineering leadership in fast-paced industrial environments, including critical building systems and automated systems
- Experience leading and developing a team of maintenance technicians and/ or engineers
- Experience with root cause analysis and demonstrated skills as a credible, technical leader
- Strong communication, prioritization, and organization skills applied through effective partnership with technical experts, operations, and engineering
