Overview

The Integrated Operations Center Automation Integrator is responsible for remotely monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimizing automation systems to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient production while serving as the primary automation interface between field operations, engineering, and the IOC.

Responsibilities

  • Monitors and troubleshoots automation issues from the Integrated Operations Center.
  • Implements control logic changes, system upgrades, and configuration updates.
  • Coordinates with field I&E technicians, operations, and engineering to resolve automation problems.
  • Optimizes automation performance to improve production reliability and reduce downtime.
  • Supports communications networks and data flow between field equipment and the IOC.
  • Assists with commissioning, testing, and startup of new automation systems.
  • Maintains documentation, alarm management, and system standards.


Qualifications

  • Automation Integrator experience in the upstream oil and gas industry required.
  • PLC Troubleshooting in Live Facilities.
  • Experience with Allen-Bradley, Siemens, Schneider Electric, or Emerson PLC platforms.
  • Experience with SCADA systems such as Ignition, CygNet, FactoryTalk, Wonderware, AVEVA, or VTScada.
  • Instrumentation and Process Control Knowledge
  • Commissioning/Startup Experience
  • Production Facility Experience
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills with the ability to diagnose issues remotely.
  • Must meet conditional job offer requirements including background check and drug test (hair follicle).
