Qualifications

• BS in Engineering with 5-8 years or MS with 3-4 years of relevant experience, or equivalent.
• Knowledge of mechanical, industrial, materials science engineering, and investment casting technology.
• Familiarity with engineering principles, manufacturing processes, and statistical analysis.
• Experience with CAD, Excel, Solidview, Unigraphics, or Catia preferred.
• Hands-on experience with automated systems, including Robotics, Controls, and SCADA components.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills, with technical writing experience favored.
• Basic understanding of lean manufacturing principles.

Responsibilities

• Ensure automation safety requirements are met and systems remain operational.
• Lead technical oversight and coordination across Operations, Maintenance, and Engineering teams.
• Facilitate preventative maintenance activities with various personnel and stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot equipment errors and liaise with System Integrators and Equipment Manufacturers.
• Develop and implement solutions for process improvements and automation initiatives.
• Manage small to medium-sized Continuous Improvement Projects within specific budgets and timelines.
• Analyze data and prepare technical reports tracking system performance and evaluating processes.
