What You'll Do- Program and troubleshoot PLCs, HMIs, sensors, drives, and industrial control systems
- Optimize ABB, FANUC, KUKA, Yaskawa, Motoman, or similar industrial robots
- Support robotic paint systems, press automation, machine controls, and equipment integration
- Diagnose electrical, software, mechanical, and automation problems
- Improve equipment uptime, throughput, quality, reliability, and process consistency
- Lead automation upgrades, process trials, and continuous improvement projects
What You Bring- Experience with PLC programming, industrial robotics, controls engineering, or manufacturing automation
- Strong plant floor troubleshooting and problem solving skills
- Ability to read electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and technical documentation
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Controls Engineering, Automation, Robotics, Mechatronics, or a related field, or equivalent hands on experience
- Experience with robotic paint systems, industrial coatings, press automation, vision systems, industrial networks, or manufacturing data systems is a major advantage.
