Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or technical degree in related field or equivalent work experience.
  • 2-4 years of hands-on experience in building and/or industrial automation preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of programming, particularly in Rockwell Automation and Schneider Electric PLC / HMI / SCADA platforms required.
  • Proficient with programming languages like Python, Java, and C/C++, as well as PLC / HMI systems.
  • Familiarity with CODESYS-based PLC platforms is a plus.
  • Experience with AI / MQTT integration in automation systems is desirable.
  • Proficient in using diagnostic tools like Fluke digital multimeters and clamp meters.

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and instrumentation systems.
  • Verify loop integrity and sensor calibration.
  • Work with automation control loops and field IO.
  • Support programming and integration of PLCs and HMIs.
  • Assist in the design and implementation of automation solutions.
  • Conduct on-site assessments and installations as needed.
  • Travel domestically and internationally to support projects.

Position type: Fulltime
Location: Denver metropolitan area, CO

Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's or technical degree in related field or equivalent work experience.
  • 2-4 years of hands-on experience in building and/or industrial automation preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of programming to include Rockwell Automation, and/or Schneider Electric PLC /
  • HMI / SCADA platforms required.
  • Proficient with Python, Java, C/C++and PLC / HMI a plus.
  • CODESYS - based PLC Platforms a plus.
  • AI / MQTT integration with PLCs, HMIs, or IIoT platforms a plus.
  • Proficient in using Fluke digital multimeters, clamp meters, and insulation testers for diagnosing electrical and instrumentation systems.
  • Proficient in trouble shooting instrumentation issues, including signal loss, sensor calibration, and loop integrity verification.
  • Knowledge of automation control loops, field IO, P&ID's.
  • Knowledge of Mechanical & Electrical Systems (MEP).
  • Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • AutoCAD Electrical experience a plus.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
  • 50-60% travel may be required.
