Inside the Role

We are looking for an Automation Support Engineer to provide technical expertise in supporting and improving automated systems within a regulated manufacturing environment. This role focuses on troubleshooting, maintaining, and enhancing automation equipment and processes, while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. The position involves hands-on work in a factory setting, including occasional tasks around machinery.

Position offers a starting salary range of $95,000 – $121,000 USD

Pay offered dependent on knowledge, skills, andexperience.

What You Drive at DTNA

  • Design, develop, and implement robotic systems to automate repetitive human functions or dangerous tasks
  • Apply engineering and computer science principles to develop robotic mechanism components and systems
  • Support and participate in research, design, configuration, test, modification, fabrication, and assembly of prototypes
  • Provide technical direction for system repair and maintenance

Knowledge You Should Bring

  • Associates degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or related field with at least 4+ years of experience in automation support, and engineering within a factory setting
  • Ability to solve moderately complex problems independently and provide guidance to team members when needed.
  • An attached Resume is required

Exceptional Candidates Might Have

  • Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or related field.
  • Knowledge of Allen Bradley PLC's
  • Rockwell Experience
