What You'll Do- Greet customers and assess vehicle service needs
- Schedule service appointments and maintain workflow efficiency
- Prepare accurate repair orders and service estimates
- Communicate recommended repairs and maintenance services
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely vehicle completion
- Keep customers informed throughout the repair process
- Review completed repairs and explain services performed
- Build lasting customer relationships through exceptional service
What We're Looking For- Previous automotive service advisor, customer service, or sales experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Basic automotive knowledge preferred
- Professional appearance and customer-first attitude
- Proficiency with dealership management systems is a plus
- Valid driver's license
