As a FieldAuto Damage Trainee,youllprovide reassurance and solutions that make a difference in our customers' lives when they need us the most after an accident. You will inspect and assess vehicle damage, estimate vehicle repaircosts, negotiateequitablesettlements, and partner with body shops, rentalcompanies, and parts providers.

WhatWereLooking For

• Experience & Qualifications:

  • Customer-facing experience preferred.

  • Experience in high-volume call centers with KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and measurable goals preferred.

  • Active Adjusters license preferred(training and exam fees provided).

  • High School Diploma or GEDrequired; College degree preferred.

  • Valid drivers license that meetscompanyunderwriting guidelines required.

  • Strong customer service, interpersonal, problem-solving, and empathy skills.

  • Adaptable, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize and multitask across platforms.
