Autism Diagnostic Evaluator / Licensed Psychologist Full-Time Pediatrics Jacksonville, FLGreat Strides Rehabilitation, a H2 Health company, is seeking an experienced Autism Diagnostic Evaluator / Licensed Psychologist to join our growing pediatric diagnostic team in Jacksonville, Florida. Your Role- Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations for children with suspected Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental concerns.
- Complete parent and caregiver interviews and review developmental, medical, educational, and behavioral histories.
- Administer, score, and interpret standardized assessment tools and diagnostic instruments appropriate for pediatric populations.
- Formulate diagnoses consistent with current clinical standards and diagnostic criteria.
- Prepare comprehensive evaluation reports with clear clinical findings and recommendations.
- Provide diagnostic feedback and education to parents and caregivers.
- Collaborate with speech-language pathologists, occupational therapists, physical therapists, behavioral health providers, physicians, educators, and other members of the child's care team.
- Recommend and coordinate referrals for ABA therapy, speech therapy, occupational therapy, physical therapy, behavioral health services, school supports, and other community resources as appropriate.
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation while adhering to payer, regulatory, and professional requirements.
- Support the development and expansion of the pediatric diagnostic program.
Requirements- Doctoral degree in Psychology from an accredited program.
- Current Florida licensure as a Psychologist, Clinical Psychologist, or other qualifying credential that allows independent diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Disorder.
- Experience conducting pediatric developmental and autism diagnostic evaluations.
- Experience administering and interpreting autism and developmental assessment instruments preferred.
- Strong clinical interviewing, assessment, and diagnostic report-writing skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within an interdisciplinary team.
