City DescriptionThe City of Alliance is located in Northeastern Ohio on the headwaters of the Mahoning River. The city is approximately 18 miles northeast of Canton, the Stark County seat, approximately 55 miles southeast of Cleveland, and approximately 79 miles northwest of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
