Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred in Accounting or Taxation
• Minimum 3 years of experience in public accounting
• Preferred 1 year of supervisory experience
• CPA candidates preferred
• Strong organizational skills to manage deadlines and multiple assignments
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in relevant technology
• Willingness to travel for client needs

Responsibilities

• Supervise accounting, tax, or audit engagements and provide status updates
• Develop an understanding of client businesses for analysis and planning
• Adhere to budgets and complete tasks within requested timelines
• Achieve charge hour goals and explain any variances
• Review work of team members, providing constructive feedback
• Guide and mentor team on engagements to foster collaboration
• Assist in client billing processes alongside senior management
• Identify and specialize in a particular industry or area of expertise
• Engage in practice development activities for potential referrals
• Complete assigned administrative duties and other responsibilities as needed
