Audit team is seeking a
Senior Manager, Audit with strong commercial audit experience in public accounting. As a Senior Manager, you will have the opportunity to work onsite at our Torrance office while helping shape our presence in this growing market.
As a Senior Manager, Audit, you will:- Lead the delivery of comprehensive audit and assurance services to a diverse client portfolio, ensuring quality, accuracy, and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor and primary engagement contact.
- Develop and implement audit strategies that align with client goals and industry requirements.
- Oversee the execution of audit engagements, reviewing audit work and presenting findings and recommendations to clients.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of audit professionals while fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture.
- Identify opportunities for expanding audit services and participate in business development and networking activities to support growth.
- Evaluate and address audit-related risks and ensure compliance with firm policies, laws, and professional standards.
What you bring to the role:- Excellent project management, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with experience supervising and mentoring audit teams.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
- Proficiency in audit software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- In-depth knowledge of auditing standards, regulatory requirements, and commercial audit practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting required; CPA licensure required.
- 6+ years of commercial audit experience in public accounting.

Pay Range: 120,300 - 285,000
