Full Job Description
In this role, you will lead the delivery of audit and assurance services for a diverse client portfolio while serving as a trusted advisor to business leaders. You will play a key role in driving engagement success, fostering team development, and supporting the continued growth of our audit practice through outstanding client service and business development efforts.

As an Audit Senior Manager, you will:
  • Lead audit and assurance engagements from planning through completion for a diverse client portfolio.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships while serving as a trusted business advisor.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key client engagements.
  • Develop audit strategies and plans aligned with client objectives and regulatory requirements.
  • Review engagement deliverables, audit reports, and financial statements to support quality and compliance standards.
  • Lead, coach, and develop audit professionals by providing mentorship, training, and performance feedback.
  • Identify opportunities to expand services with existing clients and support new business development initiatives.
  • Participate in networking and marketing activities that strengthen the firm's presence in the marketplace.
  • Evaluate audit-related risks and recommend solutions that support client and firm objectives.


What You Bring to the Role:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
  • Active Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license.
  • 6+ years of commercial audit experience within public accounting.
  • Strong knowledge of auditing standards, accounting principles, and regulatory requirements.
  • Experience managing audit engagements and serving as a primary client contact.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to coach, mentor, and develop teams.
  • Excellent project management, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in audit technology and Microsoft Office applications

The salary range for this position is included below. $123,800 - $165,000 per year
