Audit Manager to join their dynamic team.
Responsibilities:- Conduct multiple audit engagements within firm standards
- Effectively communicate with partners, staff and clients regarding expectations, workflow, status of engagements and other matters
- Initiating an active role in marketing firm services and producing new business
- Continuously fostering relationships with coworkers and clients
- Traveling up to 15-20% of the time
Qualifications:- Developed specialties in Affordable Housing or Not-for-profits and Real Estate
- 4-year bachelor's degree in accounting
- Master's degree preferred
- Licensed CPA
- 4+ years of experience working for a public accounting firm
- Energetically managing, coaching, and developing staff and senior accountants
- Maintain and grow technical skills. Preference to industry expertise in HUD, Rural Development and LIHTC
- Effective written and verbal communication skills with clients and co-workers
- Demonstrated initiative and willingness to lead, make decisions, and work independently
- Knowledge of audit software Caseware a plus
