Full Job Description
Join Aprio's Audit Affordable Housing team and you will help clients maximize their opportunities. Aprio Advisory Group, LLC is a progressive, fast-growing firm looking for an Audit Manager to join their dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct multiple audit engagements within firm standards
  • Effectively communicate with partners, staff and clients regarding expectations, workflow, status of engagements and other matters
  • Initiating an active role in marketing firm services and producing new business
  • Continuously fostering relationships with coworkers and clients
  • Traveling up to 15-20% of the time


Qualifications:

  • Developed specialties in Affordable Housing or Not-for-profits and Real Estate
  • 4-year bachelor's degree in accounting
  • Master's degree preferred
  • Licensed CPA
  • 4+ years of experience working for a public accounting firm
  • Energetically managing, coaching, and developing staff and senior accountants
  • Maintain and grow technical skills. Preference to industry expertise in HUD, Rural Development and LIHTC
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills with clients and co-workers
  • Demonstrated initiative and willingness to lead, make decisions, and work independently
  • Knowledge of audit software Caseware a plus
