Job DescriptionEvaluation and management of hearing in infants, children and adults including diagnosis of hearing loss, ABR, OAE, auditory processing evaluation, and amplification evaluation and dispensing
Responsibilities1. Performs audiologic evaluations for newborns children adults and difficult to test patients
2. Performs Hearing Aid evaluations and hearing aid checks
3. Performs tonal ABR and auto-neurologic ABR
4. Performs ENG evaluation
5. Provides direct student supervision
6. Participates in Quality Improvement program
7. Participates in equipment maintenance
8. Makes appropriate referrals
Qualifications- Master's degree or Doctorial degree in audiology
- Name: NY State license in Audiology (CCC-A) Issuing Agency: American Speech Language Hearing Association
- Minimum 1 year experience or AU.D. Externship
