Job Description: - Manages internal and external resources to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Develops and implements project plans, timelines, and budgets for AV setups and operations.
- Coordinates with stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Oversees the setup, operation, and strike of audio, video, and lighting equipment for events.
- Ensures the proper installation, testing, and troubleshooting of AV systems, including displays, projectors, video conferencing equipment, and control systems.
- Maintains an inventory of technical equipment and ensures it is in good working condition.
- Provides technical support and training to team members and clients.
- Communicates effectively with clients, vendors, and team members to ensure project goals are met.
- Solves problems and addresses issues that arise during project execution.
- Ensures projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of stakeholders.
- Stays updated on the latest AV technologies and industry best practices.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

- Experience with some or all of the following - audio mixers, microphones, PAs, projection, stage lighting, data display, LED wall systems, video switching, audio recording and video cameras. [Required]
- Experience with Mac and PC Operating systems and software. [Required]
- Experience with Presentation Software. (PowerPoint, Keynote) [Required]
- Experience managing others [Required]

- Exhibit good judgment and decision-making skills [Required]
- Strong teamwork skills required [Preferred]
