Attorneys - Trial Practice

Hybrid Schedule

Location - San Francisco, CA

Tucker Ellis LLP is seeking Attorneys to join our trial practice in our San Francisco office and work on complex, high-stakes litigation.

About the Role

Due to the continued growth of our practice, we are looking for attorneys with 2-7 years of experience in litigation. In this role, you will gain experience in all areas of civil litigation, including hands-on trial experience working with trial teams that have successfully defended Fortune 500 companies in some of the country's most challenging venues.

Key Responsibilities

1. Collaborate with partners on complex litigation matters

2. Assist in developing case strategy and client counseling

3. Participate in all stages of trial preparation, including discovery, witness preparation, and courtroom advocacy

4. Handle court appearances and argue motions

5. Conduct legal research and analysis

6. Draft motions, pleadings, and other legal documents

7. Work with fact and expert witnesses

8. Take and defend depositions

Qualifications

Salary Range:

Starting range is $200,000-$230,000 per year. Actual compensation will be based on factors including years of experience and skill set.
