Goldberg Segalla has an immediate opportunity for a Partner to join our Toxic Tort practice group in one of our California offices.

THE QUALIFICATIONS

Qualified candidates will have 8+ years of experience taking and defending depositions, drafting and arguing dispositive motions, and preparing for mediations and trial. The ideal candidate writes effectively, thinks strategically, has prior experience in a Toxic Tort practice, and is admitted to practice in California.

THE BENEFITS

The annualized salary range for this position is $110,000 to $250,000. Actual pay may be adjusted based on experience and other job related factors permitted by law. This position also offers bonuses, and a full benefits package. Our benefits package includes, but is not limited to, health insurance, dental insurance, life insurance, a 401(k) plan, flexible spending, and more.
