Full Job Description
Goldberg Segalla has an immediate opportunity for an associate to join our Toxic Tort practice group in one of our New Jersey offices.

THE QUALIFICATIONS

Qualified candidates will be admitted in New Jersey and have 3+ years of experience taking and defending depositions, drafting and arguing dispositive motions, and preparing for mediations and trial. The ideal candidate writes effectively, thinks strategically and has prior experience in a Toxic Tort practice. Dual admittance in New York is a plus.

THE BENEFITS

The annualized salary range for this position is $85,000 to $165,000. Actual pay may be adjusted based on experience and other job related factors permitted by law. This position also offers bonuses and a full benefits package. Our benefits package includes, but is not limited to, health insurance, dental insurance, life insurance, a 401(k) plan, flexible spending, and more.
