You9ll defend clients facing criminal charges, handle contested divorce and custody hearings, and advocate for people in high-stakes situations. We want a dynamic advocate who thrives on the challenges and rewards of both practice areas. If you love working directly with clients, building case strategy, preparing for depositions and hearings, and balancing courtroom advocacy with negotiation, this is the place for you.

Responsibilities

Represent clients in legal proceedings, including court hearings, trials, and depositions.
 Conduct comprehensive legal research and offer expert legal advice to clients.
 Draft a variety of legal documents, such as contracts, pleadings, briefs, and appeals.
 Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients, demonstrating strong advocacy skills.
 Maintain effective communication with clients and other relevant parties involved in legal proceedings.
 In family law, legislate and resolve matters related to divorce and separation, covering areas such as property division, child custody, and alimony.

Qualifications
