Evaluate liability, damages, medical treatment, insurance coverage, and other relevant case issues.
Develop case strategy and determine appropriate next steps based on the facts and circumstances of each case.
Prepare legal documents and correspondence and assist with pleadings, discovery, negotiations, and other aspects of case development, as applicable.
Work toward effective case resolution through settlement, litigation, or other appropriate means.
Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, legal assistants, and other team members to effectively manage and advance cases.

Compensation:
Salary Range: $105,000 - $120,000 annually depending on experience.
Additional Compensation: You will be eligible for performance-based bonuses and salary raises with no ceiling, with no billable hours required. Additionally, you will receive one-third of the total fee collected on any cases you refer directly to the firm in the future.
