Responsibilities

  • Independently manage a busy personal injury caseload through various stages of the case lifecycle.
  • Communicate regularly with clients regarding case status, treatment, strategy, and the legal process.
  • Evaluate liability, damages, medical treatment, insurance coverage, and other relevant case issues.
  • Develop case strategy and determine appropriate next steps based on the facts and circumstances of each case.
  • Prepare legal documents and correspondence and assist with pleadings, discovery, negotiations, and other aspects of case development, as applicable.
  • Work toward effective case resolution through settlement, litigation, or other appropriate means.
  • Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, legal assistants, and other team members to effectively manage and advance cases.

Compensation:
  • Salary Range: $105,000 - $120,000 annually depending on experience.
  • Additional Compensation: You will be eligible for performance-based bonuses and salary raises with no ceiling, with no billable hours required. Additionally, you will receive one-third of the total fee collected on any cases you refer directly to the firm in the future.
