Attorney to take a leading role within its transactional practice, advising clients across real estate and business. This opportunity is designed for a seasoned attorney who brings strong legal judgment, confidence with complex transactions, and the ability to operate with a high degree of autonomy.
What You'll Get:- Base Salary: $150,000-$175,000

Responsibilities• Guide transactions and ensure matters move forward smoothly
• Draft, review, and negotiate legal agreements and documents
• Communicate with clients and other parties throughout the legal process
• Collaborate with the team while managing matters independently
• Contribute strategic insight to the continued growth and direction of the practice
Qualifications• D from an accredited law school and active Delaware Bar admission
• More than 5 years of legal experience, preferably in transactional law
• Background in real estate, business, lending, or related legal matters
• Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail
• Confident, self-motivated, and able to work independently and collaboratively
