Position Type: Full-Time

You'll play a key role in supporting our real estate litigation practice with a focus on title matters and quiet title actions. Responsibilities include:
  • Identifying and resolving complex title issues
  • Researching and analyzing delinquent tax office records
  • Preparing legal pleadings related to quiet title actions
  • Conducting in-depth public record research
  • Presenting cases in court related to Quiet Title Actions
  • Performing legal research and offering practical legal solutions

What We're Looking For:
  • Licensed attorney in good standing with the South Carolina Bar, or sitting for the SC Bar in 2026/2027
  • Civil litigation experience preferred
