Position Type: Full-TimeYou'll play a key role in supporting our real estate litigation practice with a focus on title matters and quiet title actions. Responsibilities include:
- Identifying and resolving complex title issues
- Researching and analyzing delinquent tax office records
- Preparing legal pleadings related to quiet title actions
- Conducting in-depth public record research
- Presenting cases in court related to Quiet Title Actions
- Performing legal research and offering practical legal solutions
What We're Looking For:
- Licensed attorney in good standing with the South Carolina Bar, or sitting for the SC Bar in 2026/2027
- Civil litigation experience preferred
- Familiarity with South Carolina Rules of Civil Procedure
- Strong research, writing, and communication skills
- A proactive team player with excellent organizational abilities
- Community-minded, self-motivated, and results-oriented
- Demonstrated strong work ethic through academic and professional achievements
