Qualifications

• At least one year of civil litigation experience, preferably in property casualty.
• Experience managing cases in state and federal courts.
• Skilled in managing discovery processes and taking/defending depositions.
• Ability to write petitions, complaints, motions, and briefs.
• Must be admitted to practice in the State of North Carolina.

Responsibilities
