What You'll Do - Negotiate and resolve pending litigation. - Prepare, review, and file pleadings, discovery, and motions. - Attend hearings and trials within your assigned region (mileage and travel expenses reimbursed). - Collaborate with staff and opposing counsel to achieve fair, efficient case resolutions. What We're Looking For - Active law license in the listed state of reference.
