Attorney-Debt Recovery Litigation Scott & Associates, P.C. is a well-established, multi-state legal recoveries law firm seeking a motivated Attorney to join our Hatboro, PA-based team. What You'll Do - Negotiate and resolve pending litigation. - Prepare, review, and file pleadings, discovery, and motions. - Attend hearings and trials within your assigned region (mileage and travel expenses reimbursed). - Collaborate with staff and opposing counsel to achieve fair, efficient case resolutions. What We're Looking For - Active law license in the listed state of reference. (Pennsylvania) - Strong organizational and case management skills. - Familiarity with courtroom and civil procedures. - Proficiency with Microsoft Office and comfort using technology. - Ability to work independently while maintaining professionalism in all interactions. - Collection or litigation experience preferred - industry training provided for the right candidate. Minimum Qualifications - Must be licensed and in good standing to practice law in the State of Pennsylvania. - Demonstrated ability to analyze cases and negotiate effective settlements. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities. - Commitment to professionalism, confidentiality, and client service.
