THE POSITION

Goldberg Segalla LLP has an immediate opportunity for an associate to join our Business and Commercial practice group in our New York City office.

THE QUALIFICATIONS

Qualified candidates will be admitted to practice in New York, have 3+ years of experience with contract drafting, negotiation and dispute resolution. The ideal candidate writes effectively and thinks strategically.

THE BENEFITS

The annualized salary range for this position is $105,000-$165,000. Actual pay may be adjusted based on experience and other job related factors permitted by law. This position also offers bonuses and a full benefits package. Our benefits package includes, but is not limited to, health insurance, dental insurance, life insurance, a 401(k) plan, flexible spending, and more.
