We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Associate Attorney to join our team. This role is focused on the organizational, procedural, and compliance aspects of legal practice-supporting our front-end attorneys by ensuring all case documentation, filings, and records are accurate, timely, and compliant with applicable laws and court rules.

Qualifications
We're looking for someone who brings:
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active Ohio law license in good standing.
• Minimum of 6 months of legal experience; probate or real estate law experience preferred but not required.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Servant-leader mindset with a collaborative, team-oriented approach.
• High personal accountability and dedication to producing quality work.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with case management software preferred.
• Willingness to learn WealthCounsel, ElderCounsel, and WealthDocs.
• Ability to train or mentor others and work effectively across teams.
• Professional, positive demeanor with strong emotional intelligence.
• Sound judgment, problem-solving skills, and keen attention to detail.
