skilled Commercial Litigation Attorney with
a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in commercial litigation. The ideal candidate is highly organized, adept at motion practice, and comfortable managing a busy caseload in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Key Responsibilities- Manage all phases of commercial litigation caseload, including drafting pleadings, motions, discovery, and correspondence
- Represent clients in court - including hearings, conferences, and trials
- Develop and execute litigation strategies aligned with client goals
- Advise institutional clients on case risks, resolutions, and regulatory considerations
- Maintain compliance with all federal, local, and judge-specific rules
- Collaborate with attorneys across multiple jurisdictions to ensure consistency and high-quality client representation
Requirements- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
- Licensed and in good standing to practice law in New York
- Minimum of 5 years of litigation experience
- Strong legal writing, analytical, and research skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Demonstrated ability to manage cases independently and meet deadlines
- Experience in creditors' rights or financial services litigation is a plus
- A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a commitment to excellence
Preferred Qualifications- Admission to multiple federal courts
- Background in banking, consumer finance, or regulatory compliance
- Experience coordinating multi-state litigation
