Job Description: ATSR Sales Manager
Position Summary
The Trailer Sales Manager is responsible for leading and managing all aspects of trailer sales operations, including developing sales strategies, managing the sales team, building strong customer relationships, and driving revenue growth. This position requires a results-driven leader with strong industry knowledge and the ability to optimize sales performance in a competitive market.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Leadership & Strategy
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity
- Set sales goals and monitor performance
Team Management
- Recruit, train, and lead the sales team
- Provide coaching and performance feedback
Customer Relationship Management
- Build strong customer relationships
- Resolve customer issues and ensure satisfaction
Inventory & Product Management
- Maintain proper inventory levels
- Stay informed on trailer products and specifications
Financial & Operational Oversight
- Manage pricing strategies and budgets
- Track sales performance and forecasts
Marketing & Business Development
- Collaborate on marketing efforts
- Attend trade shows and events
Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 3-7 years of sales leadership experience
Skills
- Leadership and communication skills

- Experience with CRM systems
Work Environment
Combination of office, lot, and customer site visits. Some travel required.
