Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as a Production Manager or in similar leadership roles in manufacturing or industry.
• Expertise in Asset Management principles and practices.
• Proven success in Cross-Functional Collaboration and project leadership.
• Technical understanding of Air Liquide's operational processes.
• Strong skills in Planning Operations, including scheduling and forecasting.
• Experience with Quality Management systems like ISO 9001.
• Proficient in Risk Management methodologies in industrial contexts.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize production processes with a focus on resource efficiency and schedules.
• Implement and maintain Asset Management strategies for production equipment and infrastructure.
• Foster Cross-Functional Collaboration with departments like engineering and supply chain.
• Oversee all areas of Production Management, ensuring safety and productivity.
• Be on-call to support production and personnel as needed.
• Develop and execute Planning Operations including forecasts and resource allocation.
• Establish Quality Management systems to ensure product standards and customer satisfaction.
• Identify and mitigate risks to safeguard personnel and assets.
• Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement in efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
