Job Title: Assured Compliance Assessment Solution Administrator
Location: Fort Huachuca, AZ

Required Certification(s): One of the following certifications prior to start date: SecurityX / CASP+, CGRC/CAP, CISSO, Cloud+, FITSP-A, GCSA, GSEC, PenTest+, Security+
Job Description- Install and Configure ACAS: Deploy and configure ACAS components (Nessus scanners, Security Center, etc.) to support network security operations.
- Vulnerability Management: Conduct regular vulnerability scans, analyze results, and work with system administrators to remediate identified vulnerabilities.
- Compliance Monitoring: Ensure systems comply with DoD regulations and standards, including STIGs (Security Technical Implementation Guides).
- Reporting: Generate detailed reports on vulnerabilities, compliance status, and risk assessments for management and security teams.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve issues related to the ACAS suite, including connectivity and scan performance issues.
- User Support: Provide guidance and support to users regarding the interpretation of scan results and the use of ACAS tools.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed records of configurations, procedures, and updates to the ACAS suite.
Education and Background8140 Certification Requirements: - Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent, and 2-4 years of experience with ACAS (Tenable/Nessus) vulnerability management tools. Experience using ACAS in DoW IT environments is required.
- Working knowledge of the Microsoft Defender Vulnerability Management tool with the ability to perform baseline assessment.
- Clearance: Must hold an active Secret clearance level.
Years of Experience- 2 years of experience with BS/BA, 4 years of experience with AA/AS, 6 years of experience with no degree
Required Skills- Administer, maintain, and implement software infrastructures and applications to ensure optimal performance and stability for business operations.
- Collaborate with Application Developers and Software Engineers on the design, development, and enhancement of new and existing applications.
- Conduct thorough analysis of new program applications, identify potential issues, and diagnose and resolve application errors efficiently.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including program logic, coding, corrections, and user manuals, to satisfy operational and security audit requirements.
- Create detailed reports on program performance and status.
- Provide training and ongoing support to staff members to ensure effective use of the applications.
- Stay current with emerging software and technology trends to inform continuous improvement efforts.
- Experience in the administration and maintenance of software infrastructures and applications.
- Proven ability to analyze technical requirements, diagnose application errors, and devise effective solutions.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills for working effectively with development teams and end-users.
- Proficiency in technical writing and documentation for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience in developing training materials and providing direct user support.
- Ability to manage and prioritize tasks effectively to meet project deadlines.
Preferred Skills- ACAS certification or training is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
