Job Description
YOUR TEAM. We currently have an exciting career opportunity for an
Assurance Senior Associate to join the
Manufacturing and Distribution team located in our
Chicago office.
CohnReznick is a hybrid firm and most of our professionals are located within a commutable distance to one of our offices. This position is considered hybrid which means team members are expected to alternate time between both remote and office. YOUR ROLE. Responsibilities include but not limited to: - Develop detailed engagement work plans, illustrating budgets and schedules
- Develop a thorough understanding of all audit, tax and consulting services provided by the firm, and actively participate in proposals
- In managing a team of staff associates, including interns, provideregular performance coaching and feedback, while developingindividual technical and industry skills.
- Gain the respect and confidence of the CohnReznick team through effective client management, timely and accurate communication, and clear and concisedirection and leadership
YOUR EXPERIENCE. The successful candidate will have: - 3+ years' experience in a reputable public accounting firm
- Bachelor's or Master's in Accounting
- CPA or eligibility to sit for the exam
- Manufacturing and Distribution industry experience a plus
- Knowledge of audit software CCH Engagement or other software a plus
- Exceptional organizational, communication and presentation (verbal and written) skills
