Assurance Associate-Audit

We are looking for an Assurance Associate-Audit. This position will be a hybrid role based in Iselin, NJ, Plano, Texas, or Atlanta, Georgia.

You will need to have a proven track record showing outstanding performance and continuous development and are interested in growing and working outside of your area of expertise (e.g. in other practices or regions).
  • Identify key risks in Siemens's operational and financial environment and develop an understanding of business processes, goals, and strategy to provide analysis and interpretation to management.
  • Design and execute comprehensive audits, particularly for global software and technology businesses to address identified risks.
  • Independently drive assurance objectives, define and align conclusions, and recommend improvement to drive change in the organization.
  • Foster innovation and further development of processes and methodology, as well as develop and promote digital use cases that increase coverage and overall assurance in cooperation with our data analytics team.
  • Participate in meetings with Senior Management and drive discussions about observations, conclusions, and next steps from the engagement.

Basic Qualifications:
  • BS/BA degree in Business, Economics, Accounting, or Finance.
  • Fluent English is required with the ability to speak, write, and interpret documents.
  • Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 30%.
  • Reside in the Iselin, NJ area to embrace our hybrid work culture.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • An MBA, CPA, ACCA, or ACA qualification is a plus.
  • Experience in an international and/or intercultural environment.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Fluency in other languages along with English.

  • The pay range for this position is $88,060 - $150,960 and the annual incentive target is 10% of the base salary. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications and premium geographic location.

The pay range for this position is $88,060 - $150,960 annually with a target incentive of 10% of the base salary. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
