Full Job Description
Bering-Alaka`ina Holdings (BAH) is looking for an Assurance Analyst I for our government client in Arlington, Virginia.

DESCRIPTION OF RESPONSIBILITIES:

Performs final review of all products to ensure accuracy and consistency. Ensures performance and quality of products. Read all the documents and deliverables and understand what needs to be tested. Responsible for analyzing and accurately scoping QC/QA project work based on available requirements. Provide testing if needed and inform the project manager about what all resources will be required for software testing. Create and execute manual and automated test cases/plans/scripts for product releases. Execute all the test case and report defects, define severity and priority for each defect. Log, track, and close defects throughout the task process. Work collaboratively on project teams, contribute to project scheduling, and create and maintain QC/QA documentation.

Administrative and Operational Support
  • Provide administrative and operational support across a variety of functions as assigned
  • Respond to inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

Reporting and Data Management
  • Prepare reports, briefing materials, and other documents as requested
  • Provide guidance and feedback to clientele
  • Maintain required statistical data with accuracy
  • Prepare and track customer service survey data

Calendar and Schedule Management
  • Maintain accurate calendars for Senior Management
  • Coordinate with relevant Department offices to schedule appointments
  • Make necessary arrangements for meetings, conferences, and events
  • Ensure all participants receive timely notifications and required materials

Database and Tracking Systems
  • Develop, maintain, and disseminate accurate and up-to-date tracking mechanisms
  • Monitor and update databases on an ongoing basis
  • Update and maintain personnel databases
  • Ensure data integrity and accessibility

Research and Analysis
  • Conduct research on assigned topics
  • Analyze information and prepare summaries
  • Identify trends and provide recommendations
  • Other duties as assigned by your Supervisor.

REQUIRED DEGREE/EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION:

High School Diploma

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
  • One (1) year of experience.

Communication Skills
  • Demonstrate strong writing, editing, and analytical skills
  • Facilitate team collaboration and coordination
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with all levels of management

Customer Service
  • Interact effectively with management officials at all levels of the Bureau of Global Talent Management (GTM) and client bureaus
  • Function efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Deliver excellent customer service consistently

Analytical Capabilities
  • Respond promptly to a wide variety of issues
  • Analyze interrelationships between subject areas and customer requirements
  • Recommend viable alternatives to the corresponding HR office and/or client bureau management

Independence and Adaptability
  • Work as a self-starter with minimum supervision
  • Adapt and respond to differing instructions and programs
  • Manage multiple priorities simultaneously

Interpersonal and Coordination Skills
  • Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Liaise with program administrators and program managers to ensure program event details are coordinated
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships

Technical Proficiency
  • Demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Learn and utilize Department-specific systems as required
  • Other duties as assigned.

REQUIRED CITIZENSHIP AND CLEARANCE:
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen
  • Secret Clearance Required

COMPENSATION DETAILS:
  • $82,000.00 - $92,000.00
  • The compensation range or hourly rate provided is a good faith estimate at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined based on qualifications, experience, skills, internal equity, market conditions, and applicable laws.
