Milani Cosmetics is seeking an individual to lead the Milani Cosmetics DTC website for the Company. Reporting to the Director of Ecommerce will be responsible for day-to-day operations of the website including CRM management, monthly close, account reconciliations and related analysis.
Responsibilities:
• Manage the day-to-day operations of Milani's Shopify ecommerce website.
• Execute product launches, promotional campaigns, merchandising updates, and seasonal site changes.
• Manage CRM programs including email marketing, SMS, customer segmentation, lifecycle campaigns, and retention initiatives.
• Analyze customer behavior using Shopify, Google Analytics, Attentive, and other ecommerce reporting tools to identify growth opportunities.
• Coordinate website content updates with Creative, Brand Marketing, and Product Marketing teams.
• Oversee monthly ecommerce financial close, account reconciliations, sales reporting, and variance analysis.
• Support the Marketing and Sales teams by managing and updating Product Detail Pages (PDPs) across retailer.com websites, marketplaces, and the Milani DTC website to ensure product content is accurate, compelling, and aligned with brand standards
• Collaborate with Customer Service to identify recurring customer issues and improve the online shopping experience.
• Manage relationships with ecommerce technology partners and vendors including Shopify applications and CRM platforms.
• Develop monthly and quarterly business performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
• Stay current on ecommerce best practices, consumer trends, emerging technologies, and competitive activity.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Ecommerce, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of ecommerce or digital commerce experience, preferably in consumer products, beauty, or retail.
• Hands-on experience managing Shopify or similar ecommerce platforms.
• Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics (GA4), Shopify Analytics, Looker Studio, or comparable reporting tools.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, INDEX/MATCH, financial analysis, and reporting.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Experience with PIM/DAM platforms such as Salsify, Syndigo, Pattern PXM, Bynder, Brandfolder, Canto, or similar enterprise solutions.
• Familiarity with product data governance, taxonomy, meta data, digital asset organization, and content syndication best practices.

• Build strong cross-functional partnerships with Marketing, Creative, Finance, Operations, Customer Service, and external agency partners to execute key ecommerce initiatives.

Compensation:
This position may be hired at the Assistant Manager or Manager level, with a base salary range of $90,000 to $110,000. The final title and salary will be determined based on factors including location, education, relevant experience, skills, level of expertise, and demonstrated ability to independently manage key ecommerce responsibilities.
