Associate Wealth Advisor We're seeking an Associate Wealth Advisor to join our collaborative team and contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional, comprehensive wealth advisory services. This role offers significant growth potential as you will work in a team environment to nurture the long-term needs of firm clients while actively participating in the advanced planning process. You will provide consistent, accurate and timely results with research, meeting preparation, meeting attendance, reporting, analysis, as well as input and management of the financial plan. In addition to the technical mastery, you will anticipate needs, resolve problems, and follow through on agreed upon deliverables. You are an excellent communicator that can grasp others' needs and develop remarkable ways to fulfill them. You can move through your work efficiently while recognizing that the detailed work in our business is critical. You have enough experience and/or common sense to know that the first answer isn't always the right one and you are incredibly resourceful and thoughtful in all your interactions. You are going to be tech savvy, an adopter of change and always willing to help. You are naturally curious, love organization and detail work. Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in accounting, financial planning, business, or finance required. Master's degree in taxation, finance, financial planning or business preferred. - CFP4 and CPA (active or in pursuit) - 2-5 years in wealth management, financial planning, or related field - Strong financial planning background including experience in tax and estate planning as it relates to the financial planning process. Commitment to developing expertise in: - Demonstrated knowledge of wealth accumulation and wealth transfer planning at all levels of family wealth. - Understanding tax compliance and planning for special needs trusts and trusts in general. - Develop expert understanding and ownership of our financial planning process starting from discovery through ongoing monitoring needs. - Ability to coordinate clients' needs across legal and tax advisors. Key Responsibilities - Provide comprehensive wealth advisory services to affluent clients and families - Develop and implement strategic tax and financial plans - Collaborate on special needs planning cases requiring coordinated tax, estate, and financial strategies - Help manage any financial planning or investment policy committee research needed for clients or firm process enhancement - Utilize and develop proficiency in financial planning software.
