Salary Range: $110,000 - $120,000 / Year DOE
Associate Wealth Advisor Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for 10-15 clients, focusing on financial planning and ongoing support
- Conduct quarterly client meetings to review financial plans and address inquiries
- Assist in the financial planning process, including modeling and strategy development
- Engage in mentorship opportunities with experienced partners to enhance professional growth
- Transition into a full client-facing advisor role over time, with responsibilities for attracting new business
- Collaborate with team members to ensure comprehensive service delivery
Associate Wealth Advisor Requirements: - 3-5 years of experience in financial services, with a focus on client-facing roles and financial planning
- CFP certification or nearing completion within 6 to 12 months
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (intermediate skills required)
- Bachelor's degree in financial planning, accounting, or economics is required
- Experience with MoneyGuide Pro for planning is preferred
