About the job you9re considering We are seeking a highly skilled Power BI & SSAS Developer to design, develop, and maintain enterprise reporting and analytics solutions. In this role, you will transform complex business data into meaningful insights through interactive dashboards, advanced analytics, and scalable semantic models. You will work closely with business stakeholders, data engineers, and technology teams to deliver high-quality Business Intelligence solutions that support strategic decision-making. Your Role

• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI reports, dashboards, KPI scorecards, and embedded analytics solutions.
• Build and enhance Microsoft Analysis Services (SSAS) models to support enterprise reporting requirements.
• Connect, integrate, and transform data from multiple sources to create reliable reporting datasets.
• Create advanced calculations, measures, and business logic using DAX, MDX, and Power Query.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into impactful visualizations and reporting solutions.
• Should be able to develop tabular and multidimensional models that are compatible with data warehouse standards.

Skills and experience

• Strong experience in Power BI report and dashboard development.
• Experience with Power BI Embedded analytics solutions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Analysis Services (SSAS).
• Advanced knowledge of DAX and strong proficiency in MDX.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $71,900 - $96,800. Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws.
