Our Blood Institute is seeking a dedicated, compassionate, and servant-minded Human Resources executive with extensive, hands-on leadership experience in large, diverse, and geographically dispersed organizations. While nonprofit experience is not required, a genuine passion for our mission and commitment to serving others is essential.
The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of all aspects of Human Resources leadership, including employment law and regulatory compliance, organizational risk management, compensation strategy, merit and promotional processes, employee relations, conflict resolution, organizational development, workforce analytics, and talent development. This leader will be
actively engaged in the day-to-day responsibilities of the Human Resources function while helping shape the organization's future through strategic leadership.

Our Blood Institute offers a competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits package, including Health, Dental and Vision insurance, Life Insurance, Long-Term Disability, Flexible Spending Plan, 401(k) retirement plan, Paid Time Off, Holiday Pay, and Tuition Reimbursement along with tenure bonuses ($500 bonus after 6 months, $1,000 bonus after 1 year, and $1,5000 bonus after 3 years).
