Full Job Description
As an Associate Vice President, Engineering Delivery Management on the Engineering as a Service team, you will be responsible for:
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, risk logs, and status reporting for pilot activities
  • Lead weekly project status meetings and facilitate discovery sessions with client and third-party stakeholders
  • Create process flow diagrams that document stakeholder processes and support implementation planning
  • Serve as the overall project manager, coordinating delivery activities, timelines, issues, and decisions across the project
  • Contribute to final reporting and enterprise-scale implementation planning, including cost and timeline recommendations, and support proposal development

Qualifications

Required:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years of technical project management experience
  • Experience developing and managing project plans, schedules, risk logs, and status reporting
  • Experience leading client meetings, discovery sessions, and process flow development
  • Experience with application support management, data center operations, cloud services management, proposal development, and report writing
  • Ability to travel 0-25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
Preferred:
  • Experience with data center operations
  • Experience with Salesforce, system administration, or network administration
For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in California, Deloitte is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range is specific to California and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $175,500 to $292,900.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
