About the Role

As a Veterinarian on our team, you will:
  • Provide high-quality medical, surgical, and preventive care
  • Practice modern, evidence-based medicine with integrity and accountability

  • Educate clients with honesty and transparency
  • Collaborate closely with our technicians, assistants, and CSR team
  • Maintain detailed and accurate medical records

Who We're Looking For

We're seeking a doctor who values both excellent medicine and strong relationships:
  • DVM or VMD degree from an accredited veterinary school
  • Licensed (or eligible) to practice in New York
  • Strong work ethic and commitment to clinical competence
  • Compassionate, patient-centered approach
  • Reliable, accountable, and detail-oriented
  • Team-focused mindset
  • New graduates welcome (mentorship available)

Our base salary range is from $145k-$160k (or higher) based on experience and production capabilities. We have pro-sal and salary options and we're open to offering a sign-on bonus or relocation package. We can be creative with your total compensation package so that you get the things you need to be able to come join us!
