Full Job Description
Description

Three Creeks Veterinary Clinic is looking for a full-time Urgent Care Veterinarian to join our team in Vancouver, WA.

About You

You want to practice urgent care medicine and still go home at the end of your shift. You can care for pets throughout every stage of their lives, build lasting relationships with clients, and become a trusted part of the local community. Veterinarians here work four ten-hour shifts a week with three days off, and no overnight hospitalization or surgical caseload. If you are looking for a change of pace , working alongside a supportive team in a collaborative environment that values high-quality medicine and compassionate care, we'd love to talk.

About Three Creeks Veterinary Clinic

We're an outpatient urgent care clinic in the Salmon Creek area of Vancouver, Washington, focusing on same-day care for dogs and cats: eye and ear infections, wounds and laceration repairs, GI and general illness, sedation, in-house diagnostics, and day fluid therapy.

Our hospital is small on purpose - three exam rooms, a 2:1 support ratio, and a close, low-drama team where everyone picks up slack on a busy day. We pride ourselves on delivering good medicine at a quick pace and working together as a team to care for our patients . Collaboration, communication, and a willingness to learn and teach are all equally important.

We serve the Vancouver , Battle Ground, Ridgefield, and the greater Portland metro area.

At Three Creeks Veterinary Clinic, a Thrive Pet Healthcare partner, you will have the support, tools, and resources to elevate your skills. As a hospital deeply rooted in the local community, you will experience the best of both worlds: a genuine local culture with the benefits of Thrive's national resources.

To learn more about this opportunity, apply today, or reach out to us at [email protected] . You do not need to be actively looking to start a conversation - we are glad to answer questions confidentially.

Compensation is negotiable based on credentials and experience, with an annual PROSAL full-time range starting at $ 130000 /year. The actual salary offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

Your Experience & Skills
  • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM / VMD) or equivalent degree required
  • Washington State Veterinary Board license in good standing prior to start date
  • Active DEA license or DEA licensure eligible
  • Comfortable being the veterinarian on the floor, with a support team around you
  • One to two years of experience preferred - urgent care, emergency, or general practice backgrounds all welcome

Benefits - Our Care In Action

Thrive offers a suite of benefits to support team members' emotional, physical, professional, and financial wellbeing. In addition to our health and life insurance, and short- and long-term disability plans, we offer eligible team members:
  • Competitive pay
  • 401(k) with employer match
  • Mental health resources, including easy access to therapy through Lyra Health
  • Paid parental leave, plus purr-ental leave when you adopt a pet
  • FREE CE courses
  • Pet perks and veterinary service discounts

Three Creeks Veterinary Clinic is an equal opportunity employer.
