Associate, Transaction Management
We are seeking anAssociate, Transaction Management to join JLL and a high-performing team responsible for executing a large volume and variety of real estate transactions that create enterprise value for one of JLL’s largest global technology clients — a Fortune 100 technology company — in partnership with the client’s internal real estate team.
Location: This role will be in San Francisco, CA or New York, NY; option for remote based on experience.
You will join a high performing, multi-disciplinary team to deliver Transaction Management solutions to one of JLL’s largest global technology clients. This client is known for pairing enormous scale with a fast-moving, founder-style culture — an ownership mentality, a healthy disregard for the impossible, and an unrelenting focus on the people who use its products. JLL’s team is expected to operate with the same energy, transparency, and bias for action.
Critical responsibilities include (but not limited to):
Assist the client with cost reduction, financial and occupancy optimization, monetization, and other portfolio goals
Prepare transaction analysis and materials — RFPs, comparison packages, LOIs, broker opinions of value, spend approval documentation, and executive business cases (P&L impact, cash flow, strategic alignment)
Manage lease administration — track terminations, renewals, rent commencements, and portfolio-wide lease/property data; provide monthly reporting
Leverage, invent and simplify best practices, including the continuous improvement of process, tools and templates

Expected compensation for this position:
87,500.00 – 100,000.00 USD per year
Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
