Associate, Transaction ManagementWe are seeking an
Associate, Transaction Management to join JLL and a high-performing team responsible for executing a large volume and variety of real estate transactions that create enterprise value for one of JLL's largest global technology clients - a Fortune 100 technology company - in partnership with the client's internal real estate team.
Location: This role will be in San Francisco, CA or New York, NY; option for remote based on experience.
What this job involves:You will join a high performing, multi-disciplinary team to deliver Transaction Management solutions to one of JLL's largest global technology clients. This client is known for pairing enormous scale with a fast-moving, founder-style culture - an ownership mentality, a healthy disregard for the impossible, and an unrelenting focus on the people who use its products. JLL's team is expected to operate with the same energy, transparency, and bias for action.
Critical responsibilities include (but not limited to): - Establish and maintain a strong, trusted client relationship; support account leaders in executing business and real estate strategies
- Assist the client with cost reduction, financial and occupancy optimization, monetization, and other portfolio goals
- Build and analyze financial models (Net Effective Rent, termination penalty, scenario cash flow/P&L) to support transaction and portfolio-level decisions
- Prepare transaction analysis and materials - RFPs, comparison packages, LOIs, broker opinions of value, spend approval documentation, and executive business cases (P&L impact, cash flow, strategic alignment)
- Coordinate with stakeholders across functions to drive spend and transaction approvals; support document execution for all transaction types
- Manage lease administration - track terminations, renewals, rent commencements, and portfolio-wide lease/property data; provide monthly reporting
- Maintain and improve financial templates/tools and KPI data used across the broader transaction team, supporting onboarding and identifying process efficiencies
- Be extremely proactive and responsive
"Raising the Bar" - Leverage, invent and simplify best practices, including the continuous improvement of process, tools and templates
- "See around corners" - providing actionable advice on mitigation of anticipated risks/taking advantage of opportunities
- Proactively identify process inefficiencies, formulate and execute on implementation plans, followed by tracking and demonstrating results

Sound like you? To apply you need to be / have: - Bachelor's Degree in business, finance, economics or related field required.
- Ideal candidate will have 2-4 years supporting transactions management
- Advanced understanding of real estate and lease terminology
- Strong financial, analytical, and reporting skills; ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative information
- Proficiency with Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Drive, Docs/Sheets/Slides, etc.)
- Excellent verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team, building relationships across business partners
- Ability to multi-task, manage time and workload under pressure, and adapt to change
- Commitment to client service in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Compensation- The range listed below is for total compensation; inclusive of base plus target bonus.

Estimated compensation for this position:87,500.00 - 100,000.00 USD per year
This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
