Irving, TX location in the
Transfusion Medicine, Diagnostics Division. We're empowering smarter medical and economic decision-making to help transform the way people manage their health at all stages of life. The
Associate Technician IV provides advanced technical support to manufacturing operations by performing a combination of complex duties involving the setup, calibration, validation, and operation of production equipment, along with the application of quantitative methods, in support of high-quality diagnostic instrument and reagent production.
What You'll Work On- Create, maintain, and procure equipment, tools, and manufacturing aids specific to the functional area, including submitting IMT equipment for calibration.
- Perform equipment validations.
- Collaborate closely with engineers to support and execute product design.
- Manage inventory levels of production consumables.
- Support troubleshooting of instrument functional errors.
- Manage the de-kitting process.
- Apply statistical, mathematical, and other quantitative and qualitative methods and measurements.
Required Qualifications- Associate's degree
- 2 years of relevant experience
- Advanced skills in computer hardware and software applications (e.g., eDHR/CAMSTAR configuration, Botron, Maximo, etc.)
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite
Preferred Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or another technical field

The base pay for this position is $26.50 - $53.00/hour
